August 3, 2021 – Valuize, the customer success consulting partner to the world’s leading and largest B2B software companies, is pleased to announce that Emily Ryan will be joining the company as Client Principal, effective immediately. 

Emily is joining Valuize after nearly a decade driving change and building Customer Success Strategy & Operations programs with over twenty companies. Most recently, Emily was the Director of Success Management Strategy & Operations at Splunk, where she led the design and evolution of the company’s Customer Success Scale Engine. As Client Principal, Emily will be responsible for the ideation and delivery of Customer Success management and transformation programs that enable Valuize’s clients to achieve their strategic business goals.
